Location: Edgerton, WI

Responsibilities
- Effectively increase sales and customer satisfaction, as well as maintain long-term customer relations, mainly via phone and email
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding our roofing, siding, and gutter solutions
- Document and update customer records based upon interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our solution services
- Be hardworking, reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic
- Work effectively 1 on 1 with an Outside Sales Team Member to drive results
- Research to identify & prospect new clients. Perform Cold Calls.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Office, Teams, etc....
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and be detail-oriented
- Positive and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Persistence and resilience in overcoming setbacks.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
- This position is hourly starting at $18.50/hour

Work Details
- Job Type: Part-time and Full-time Available Now!
- Shift: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Enjoy weekends off!

We are an exterior construction company specializing in commercial/flat roofing and residential/shingle roofing with locations throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
We’re ready to expand and are seeking our next standout sales professional.
Job Expectations
- Strong Sales Background and/or Strong knowledge of commercial/residential roofing systems.
(Experience may come from field work or sales roles.)
- Solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to diagnose and solve customer needs—from simple leaks to complex issues
- High energy, coachable, and driven with a strong “can-do” attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers, assess roofing needs, and provide expert recommendations
- Prepare estimates and write bid proposals for new business opportunities
- Present proposals via phone, email, or in person
- Follow up diligently and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets
Job Requirements
- Ability to carry and set up a 50 lb ladder
- Comfortable climbing and walking roofs at varying heights
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
