Avondale Roofing Company carried out its responsibilities in a pleasant, professional manner. A leak on the porch roof and beginning of disintegration on the roof over the family room and the roof over the garage lead to complete roof replacement in these three areas.A very detailed description pre-empted the project citing safety procedures, roof preparation, insulation application, membrane application and accessory metal.Before and after photos were taken and photos of the work in progress conveyed the honesty of their observations. They are very knowledgeable of their craft and taught me a lot.All personnel connected with the project were pleasant and answered any questions. A down payment of 50% was expected and the balance due when the project was done.
